You must be at least 18 years old to register on Jewin. Your date of birth is required at sign-up, and age verification via National ID (NID) or passport may be requested at any time. Allowing minors to create an account is strictly against Jewin's policy.
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device, payment method, or NID are detected automatically.
Provide an active Bangladeshi number — OTP verification is mandatory.
Enter your full name, date of birth, and address accurately.
Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
Verify your identity with your NID or passport before making a withdrawal.
To update any registration details, please contact support. Certain information — such as your registered name and NID — cannot be changed once verified.
You are responsible for keeping your Jewin account secure. Never share your login credentials — your email/number and password — with anyone. Any bets or transactions made by another person using your account remain your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify us at support@jewin.best. Jewin may temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is carried out.
An account with no login or transaction activity for 12 months will be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (see the payments page for details). To reactivate your account, simply log in.
Please note: Jewin will never ask for your password or OTP via phone, email, or SMS. If anyone claims to be from Jewin and asks for your password, it is a scam — please report it to us immediately.

Regarding bonus balance: To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. If this condition is not fulfilled, only the real money balance may be withdrawn.

Placing consistently low-risk bets solely to clear bonus requirements, or creating multiple accounts under different names to collect bonuses, is considered bonus abuse. Jewin detects such patterns through algorithmic monitoring.
